Maddi Napier founded Minerva Wealth Planning, LLC. because she is passionate about building a vision with her clients and coaching them to make it come alive. She believes financial planning should be accessible to people and businesses it hasn’t been available to, traditionally.

Maddi earned a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from Capital University. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, she passed the Series 65 exam and has been working in the financial services industry for 10 years. She earned the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation as well as her Fellow, Secure Retirement Institute (FSRI) designation. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and is a Steering Committee member of United Way’s LINC organization.

When Maddi is not working with her amazing clients, she enjoys traveling, working out, reading and spending time with her friends, family and cat.
