Maddi Napier founded Minerva Wealth Planning, LLC. because she is passionate about building a vision with her clients and coaching them to make it come alive. She believes financial planning should be accessible to people and businesses it hasn’t been available to, traditionally.
Maddi earned a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from Capital University. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, she passed the Series 65 exam and has been working in the financial services industry for 10 years.
She earned the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation as well as her Fellow, Secure Retirement Institute (FSRI) designation. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the American Society of Pension Professionals and belongs to the Matriots PAC.
Sydney Harris joined the Minerva Wealth Planning team as an intern at the beginning of 2021. She is currently enrolled as a full-time student at The Ohio State University, originally from Newport News, Virginia. She is planning to graduate in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer and Family Financial Services.
During her time at OSU, Sydney has become an active member of the Student Financial Planning Association and has been awarded scholarships such as the Spafford, Everhart, and Financial Planning Scholarship through her department as well as the Columbus Foundation. She hopes to use her education to inspire and enable others to pursue their own passions.
