HOW WE SERVE YOUR BUSINESS

WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT

We know that small businesses are the backbone of our country and employ much of our workforce; especially in growing cities such as our home city, Columbus. Our founder, Maddi Napier has spent much of her career working in large organizations that support specifically, employer-sponsored retirement plans. She holds her “Qualified 401k Administrator” designation so she understands both the benefits that a retirement plan can provide a small business owner and the implications if it isn’t administered or designed correctly.

OUR PROCESS

01

We meet with all business owners and/or partners to gain an understanding of the specific needs and desires.

02

We gather all financial statements and information regarding the business and determine the best strategy for the business owner, the business itself, and its employees.

03

We meet to discuss how we can help you improve your business and meet your specific needs.

04

We begin our partnership and create a plan to improve your business, track progress, and ultimately meet your goals.

What we advise on:

  • Educate the plan sponsor and HR staff on important features such as auto enroll, auto escalation, and self-directed brokerage options

  • Facilitate enrollment meetings for your employees as often as requested

  • Explain and project tax benefits for the business and business owners

  • Help you select the type of plan that best meets your needs (401k, SIMPLEs, 403b, etc.)

  • Provide guidance on selecting the right retirement plan provider and TPA

  • Determine the best menu of diversified fund options for your employees to pick from
